THE COWORKING SPACES
Junto Innovation Hub, as part of urban regeneration, creates innovative spaces such as the R-Nord Coworking and the new Fabbriche Binarie space, adjacent to Modena’s train station. Together, these two centers offer over 3,000 square meters transformed into innovation ecosystems that host coworking spaces, collaboration and incubation areas for startups, laboratories, and event spaces.
The R-Nord area has been redeveloped to stimulate business growth and promote synergies between local professionals and companies, supporting projects in technological and social innovation. Fabbriche Binarie was born from the regeneration of the former Post Office building and aims to become Modena's innovation hub.

The birth of the spaces.
The idea of creating a coworking space in Modena was born after the experience in Silicon Valley with our startup Evensi, where working life was daily tied to the dynamic physicality of coworking spaces. The difficulty of organizing an office disappeared, just as the possibility of being contaminated by new ideas during the countless networking opportunities, during coffee breaks or in one of the many organized events increased exponentially.
Over the years, a symbiotic community of software engineers and product designers has formed within it, which has given rise to informal and direct aggregation initiatives, inspired by the sharing of the workspace.
The city of Modena played a fundamental role in the birth of coworking. First by supporting the founders of Junto during their training and professional experience in Silicon Valley, then by providing the spaces in which Junto arose. Modena as an innovation hub is possible, and it is through unity, interdisciplinarity and contamination. Principles on which Junto was founded.
In 2024, Fabbriche Binarie was inaugurated, with which Junto expanded its commitment to urban innovation, offering a multifunctional space that goes beyond traditional coworking. This new hub, located next to the Modena train station, represents an inclusive ecosystem where coworking, training and networking merge in a dynamic environment.
